VOR Quick App
The VOR Quick App is a very easy-to-use, reduced route planner for public transport, which above all works simply and intuitively. The app is aimed specifically at user groups who are satisfied with the essential functions of a route planner, e.g. children.
Just one click to your destination!
Up to eight different destinations can be predefined in the app, which the user can access later. The destinations can be individually named and personalized with a photo or icon. The user can now query connections to the saved locations from the respective location with just one click.
Just as destinations can be set in the app, so-called "helpers" with their mobile numbers can also be created. If the passenger got on the wrong bus or got lost on the way to their destination, a stored contact can be informed quickly and easily via the help button via SMS or call. The current location and the remaining battery life are automatically sent to the helper via SMS. For children, the app is intended in particular to help them on paths that they already know or have even practiced with their parents. Children naturally remember routes that they have traveled before, not having all the details such as the names of stops or line numbers.
The VOR Quick App is used precisely to show children all this information in an easily understandable way and thus ensures that children can find their way around more easily and quickly. In order to ensure that the VOR Quick App can guide users safely to their destination, an active internet connection and approval of the location are required while using the app.
The VOR Quick App needs the user's location in order to be able to create a current route to the desired location, as well as current information on the immediate surroundings. The data in the app will only be used to process your request.
